DEEP Map Privacy Agreement
Welcome to use "DEEP Map" software and the related services!
In order to better provide better services for you, please read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the DEEP Map User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). If you are under the age of 18, please read it with your legal guardian, and download or use the DEEP Map related software and services with the consent of the legal guardian. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to use the DEEP Map. When you enter the DEEP map, you will agree to abide by all the terms of this agreement.
2.1 This is an agreement between you and Beijing Mapscloud Technology Co., Ltd. and the related operating units (hereinafter referred to as“Mapscloud”) that may provide relevant services regarding your use of Mapscloud-related software or services. "User" or "You" refer to the user of Mapscloud-related software and services.
2.2 "Mapscloud-related software or services" under this agreement refers to products, software and services provided by Mapscloud to users, including but not limited to, network media, community interaction, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, e-commerce and advertising.
2.3 When you use a specific software or service of Mapscloud, the service may have separate agreements, related business rules, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "separate agreements or rules") that have been released or may be continuously released in the future. Once the above content is officially released, it is an integral part of this agreement, and you should also abide by it. Your acceptance of any of the foregoing business rules and separate agreements shall be deemed as your acceptance of this agreement entirely.
3.1 You need to log in with a mobile phone number or a third party to start using DEEP Map related software or services. At the same time, you also understand that in order to make you better use the DEEP map-related software or services, to ensure the security of your account, certain functions and / or certain single service items require you to provide real identity information for registration and registration in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations before use.
3.2 You understand and promise that the account you set up must not violate the national laws and regulations and the relevant rules of the DEEP Map, and you must not commit any acts that infringe the national interests, damage the legal rights and interests of other citizens, and harm social morality. Registered information such as user name, profiles and other personal information must not appear illegal and unfavorable. Without the permission of any other person, no account shall be opened in the name of any other person (including but not limited to using the name, designation, font size, avatar, etc. of any other person or institution in a way that may cause confusion). You must not register DEEP Map account maliciously (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch account registration, etc.). In the process of account registration and use, you must comply with the requirements of "seven bottom lines" such as laws and regulations, socialist systems, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, social public order, morality and authenticity of information.
3.3 The ownership and relevant rights and interests of your registered account in DEEP Map belong to DEEP Map, and you only have the right to use the account after completing the registration procedure. Your account is limited to your own use, and it is forbidden to donate, borrow, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form without the written consent of DEEP Map. If DEEP Map finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, DEEP Map reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to the registered account without notifying you, and has the right to cancel the account without any legal liability to the user registering the account.
3.4 You are responsible to maintain the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and take full legal responsibility for the activities you perform under the name of registered account, including but not limited to the modification of data, statements made, and other operations in the DEEP Map.
3.5 When registering, using and managing your account, you should ensure the authenticity of the identity information you fill in when registering for your account. Please use authentic, accurate, legal, and valid relevant identification materials and necessary information (including your name and e-mail address, contact number, contact address, etc.) when registering and managing your account. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in real identity information, please complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, so that the DEEP Map can communicate with you or provide you with better services when necessary. Please pay attention to update the relevant information in a timely manner. If the materials you submit or the information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or the DEEP Map has reason to suspect that they are wrong, untrue, or illegal, you may not be able to use the DEEP Map-related software or services, or some features are limited during use.
3.6 In order to better serve you and guarantee the security of your account, you agree and authorize: DEEP Map can initiate the query of user identity authenticity, user credit record, user mobile number validity status and user malicious behavior history to the National citizenship number inquiry service center, telecommunications operators, financial service institutions, and third party harmful / fraudulent user inquiry organizations according to your mobile phone number, email, ID card number, birthday, gender, city, avatar, nickname, etc..
3.7 If the account is stolen or lost due to other people's malicious attacks or your own reasons or other irresistible factors, you shall bear the responsibility, and the DEEP Map is not responsible.
3.8 The DEEP Map is only logged in using third parties and mobile numbers. You understand and acknowledge that the account information corresponding to the mobile phone number / third-party login you use is consistent with the system record data, and it is impossible to identify whether the user using the account is a real account authorized user. Therefore, DEEP Map reminds you to keep your verification code and third-party account properly. When you have finished using, you should exit safely. If you suffer from hacking or other losses due to your own reasons such as improper storage or other irresistible factors, you will bear the corresponding responsibility yourself.
3.9 The DEEP Map restricts your use of all or part of the functions of your account in accordance with this agreement and related rules, which may cause you certain losses. You understand that such losses are borne by you and DEEP Map is not liable.
3.10 In addition to registering your own DEEP Map account, you may also authorize the use of other software user accounts that you legally own, including but not limited to DEEP Map and / or its affiliates, as well as the real name registered third-party software user account to log in and use the world map software and related services, except for the restrictions or prohibitions of the third-party software or platform. When you log in and use the existing account mentioned above, you shall ensure that the corresponding account has been registered in real name, and the relevant terms in this agreement shall also apply.
3.11 You understand and agree that, in addition to logging in and using the DEEP Map software and related services, you can also log in to use other software and services provided by DEEP Map and its affiliates or cooperative third parties with the DEEP Map account. When you log in and use the aforementioned services with the DEEP Map account, you will be bound by the User Agreement and other agreement terms of the actual provider of the above-mentioned services.
3.12 In order to increase your content exposure and publishing efficiency, you agree that your account in this software / website and all content published by your corresponding account will authorize DEEP Map to automatically synchronously publish to DEEP Map and / or other software and websites operated by affiliated companies with your account. Your operations of publishing, modifying and deleting content in this software / website will be synchronized to other software and web sites mentioned above. When you register or log in to DEEP Map and / or other software products and websites operated by affiliates (if any) through a registered account or a third-party software user account, you must abide by the User Agreement and other agreement terms of the software and websites.
3.13 You understand and agree that, in order to make full use of account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time promptly after registration or have not logged in your account for more than a year, DEEP Map has the right to take back your account name.
4.1 DEEP Map and users are committed to the protection of user's personal information (that is, information that can identify a specific natural person's identity after being independent or combined with other information). Protecting user’s personal information is one of the basic principles of DEEP Map. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations and this agreement or the Privacy Policy, DEEP Map will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than DEEP Map without the user's consent. DEEP Map will use the corresponding security technology and other security measures in DEEP Map related software or services and establish a sound management system to protect your personal information.
4.2 In the process of registering an account or using the DEEP Map, users need to provide some necessary information, including but not limited to valid identification materials and related necessary information (including but not limited to your name, email address, contact number, contact address, etc.), laws and regulations, regulatory normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations") and relevant information required by the competent authority to fill in. If the information you fill in is incomplete and untrue, you may not be able to use the software or services related to the DEEP Map or may be restricted during use.
4.3 You understand and agree that you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at the moment of registration for security and identification (such as account or password recovery appeal services).
4.4 DEEP Map will not transfer or disclose user personal information to any unaffiliated third party, unless one or more of the following situations occurs:
4.4.1 Requirements of relevant laws and regulations or judicial, administrative, and other state organs;
4.4.2 Transfer for completion of a merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer;
4.4.3 Obtain authorization from the user or minor user guardian;
4.4.4 In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the DEEP Map to sue or arbitrate the user;
4.4.5 DEEP Map and its affiliates are necessary to provide the services you request;
4.4.6 Users disclose their personal information to third parties by themselves;
4.4.7 Any disclosure of personal information caused by the user notifying or sharing the registered account and mobile verification code with others, or other disclosure of personal information not caused by the DEEP Maps;
4.4.8 Disclosure to a third party for the purpose of detecting harmful and fraudulent users, but DEEP Map shall sign an agreement with the third party to ensure that the third party shall bear no less responsibilities and obligations than this Agreement and the Privacy Policy of DEEP Map.;
4.4.9 Any personal information disclosure caused by hacker attack, computer virus intrusion and other force majeure events;
4.4.10 other reasonable circumstances.
4.5 The user agrees that DEEP Map can use the user's personal information in the following matters:
(1) DEEP Map sends important notices to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this agreement;
(2) Auditing, data analysis and research within the DEEP Map to improve DEEP Map products, services and communication with users;
(3) In accordance with this agreement, the management of the DEEP Map, review of user information, and processing measures;
(4) Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to the above, DEEP Map will not use the user's personal information for any other purpose without the user's prior consent.
4.6 Please pay attention not to disclose your sensitive important information or documents when using the DEEP Maps and related services such as various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, third-party payment accounts, and the corresponding passwords, etc., otherwise any loss arised shall be borne by you.
4.7 The DEEP Map attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. The DEEP Map will rely on the personal information provided by the user to determine whether the user is a minor. Any minor under the age of 18 who registers an account or uses the services under this agreement should obtain the consent of his / her legal guardian in advance or register on the legal guardian’s behalf. If the user is unable to bear the legal liabilities under this agreement independently, his / her corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne by his / her legal guardian. Except for disclosure in accordance with the laws and regulations and instructions of the competent authorities, the DEEP Map will not use or disclose chat records and other personal information of minors to any third party. Except for the exceptions stipulated in this agreement, the DEEP Map will not use or disclose the personal information of minors to any third party without the prior consent of the guardian.
4.8 You can also read the DEEP Map Privacy Policy for more information about how the DEEP Map collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information and what rights you have.
5.1 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. According to changes in the performance of the environment or changes in relevant laws, regulations and regulatory documents, or due to business development needs, DEEP Map has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement changes, DEEP Map will publish the revised agreement on the DEEP Map software before the agreement takes effect. This publication is deemed to have been notified by DEEP Map to the user. The DEEP Map can also be transmitted by email or private message to remind the DEEP Map user agreement to modify, change the service, or other important matters. You can also check the latest version of the agreement terms on the homepage or software settings page of the website. If you do not agree with the changes made by DEEP Map to the relevant provisions of this agreement, the user has the right and should stop using the DEEP Map related software or services. If the user continues to use the DEEP Map-related software or services, it is deemed that the user accepts the modifications made by DEEP Map to the relevant terms of this agreement. If any provisions of this agreement are invalid due to conflicts with laws in the mainland of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be re-analyzed as close as possible to the original provisions of this agreement, and other provisions of this agreement shall still have full effect and effect.
5.2 The title in this agreement is for convenience and readability only, and does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this agreement. The copyright of this agreement belongs to DEEP Map, and DEEP Map reserves the right to interpret and modify.
5.3 If a dispute arises during the implementation of this agreement, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the Beijing Haidian District People's Court.
